All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched. We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. This confirmation does not signify dispatch of your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship primarily within South Africa. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our Return Policy.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all components and accessories included. Returns must be authorized by contacting our support team before shipping items back.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Warranty
Gameon Racing products come with a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product and are specified in the product description or included documentation.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

Our racing simulator cockpits are designed to be compatible with most major racing wheel and pedal brands. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all equipment. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party manufacturers mentioned on our website, including but not limited to Logitech, Thrustmaster, Fanatec, Moza, or Simagic. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
