Gameon Racing currently ships primarily within South Africa. We offer fast, reliable delivery to all major cities and regions throughout the country.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight/size of your order. The shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout when qualifying conditions are met.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received and accepted.
Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or promotional events. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.
4. Delivery Time
Standard shipping within South Africa typically takes 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery timeframes by region:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress through the courier's website.

6. Shipping Method
We use reputable courier services to ensure your racing simulator cockpit and accessories arrive safely. All items are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.
Racing simulator cockpits are shipped disassembled in flat-pack boxes for efficient shipping and easier transport to your racing space.
7. Delivery Requirements
Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery at the shipping address provided. The courier may require a signature upon delivery.
If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will typically leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or arranging collection from a nearby depot.
Please provide accurate and complete shipping information, including a contact phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
We deliver to physical street addresses. Please note that some courier services may not deliver to PO boxes or postal addresses. If you only have a PO box, please contact us before placing your order.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Please check your tracking information regularly and contact the courier directly if you need to arrange a suitable delivery time.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We carefully package all shipments to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please:
- Do not refuse the delivery
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt if possible
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us immediately at support@gameonracing.co.za with photos and your order number
We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you for items damaged during shipping.
If your order appears to be lost in transit and tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will work with the courier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
11. Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the courier depot may be subject to restocking fees and additional shipping charges for reshipment.
12. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives or process a full refund.
13. Large Item Delivery
Racing simulator cockpits are considered large items. The courier will deliver to your door or building entrance, but they are not required to carry items upstairs or to a specific room inside your home.
Please ensure you have assistance available to move the package to your desired location if needed.
14. Order Changes and Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the shipment.
15. Shipping During Holidays
Please note that courier services do not operate on South African public holidays, and delivery times may be extended during holiday periods.
We recommend placing orders well in advance if you need delivery by a specific date, especially during peak shopping seasons like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holidays.
