At Gameon Racing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your racing simulator cockpit or accessories, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you can shop with confidence.
This policy outlines our return, exchange, and refund procedures. Please read it carefully before initiating a return.
2. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Returns initiated after the 30-day window may not be accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with your order.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The product must be in its original packaging with all components, accessories, and hardware included
- All protective films, stickers, and labels must be intact
- The product must not show signs of assembly, installation, or use
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that cannot be returned:
- Products that have been assembled or installed
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping
- Products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
- Custom-ordered or personalized items (if applicable)
- Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale"
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Step 3: Wait for our team to review your request and provide return authorization
- Step 4: Once authorized, carefully repack the item in its original packaging
- Step 5: Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team
Important: Do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Change of mind returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Defective or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange collection or provide a prepaid shipping label
- Wrong item shipped: We will cover all return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria outlined above.
The inspection process typically takes 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been inspected and approved.
If your return is not approved due to the item's condition, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include returning the item to you at your expense.
7. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Refund timeline:
- Refund processing: 2-3 business days after approval
- Bank/credit card processing: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
- Total estimated time: 7-14 business days from approval
Refund amount: Your refund will include the product cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
8. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same product in a different color or variant (if applicable).
To exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship the replacement item to you.
If you need a different product entirely, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@gameonracing.co.za with the following information:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- A detailed description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide one of the following solutions:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A replacement product at no additional cost
- Replacement parts for minor defects (if available)

10. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@gameonracing.co.za or +27 66 514 5739.
We will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected at no cost to you and send the correct item as quickly as possible. You will not be charged any additional fees for our error.
11. Partial Returns
If you purchased multiple items in a single order and wish to return only some of them, you may do so as long as each item meets the return eligibility criteria.
Your refund will be calculated based on the individual item prices. If your order qualified for a discount or promotion based on the total order value, the refund may be adjusted accordingly.
12. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
However, if an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., opened packaging, signs of use, missing components), we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value.
13. Warranty Coverage
Gameon Racing products come with a manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product:
- Racing simulator cockpits: 1-year warranty
- Selected premium hardware: Up to 5-year warranty (as specified in product description)
- Accessories: 1-year warranty (unless otherwise stated)
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Improper installation or modifications
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will review your claim and provide instructions for repair or replacement.
14. Cancellations

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process once you receive the item.
Cancellations made before dispatch will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
15. International Returns
For international orders (if applicable), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
