Parties
This agreement is between Waterford (Pty) Ltd, trading as Game On Racing (registration number 2026/239428/07), of 426 Waterford, Kyalami Estate, Midrand, 1684 ("Game On Racing"), and the business named in the signatory details (the "Purchaser").
1. Purpose
This Agreement forms part of every sale of Game On Racing products to Dealers, Resellers, Sim Racing Centres, Commercial Purchasers and Bulk Buyers. By signing this Agreement, the Purchaser confirms that they have received, read and accepted Game On Racing's current Terms of Service and Refund Policy published at gameonracing.co.za, and all applicable exclusions and limitations.
2. Warranty
The Purchaser acknowledges that Game On Racing provides a Parts-Only Warranty covering manufacturing defects arising solely from defective materials, workmanship or factory assembly. Game On Racing's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of approved defective parts following inspection and technical assessment.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the warranty excludes labour, assembly, fault finding, servicing, maintenance, transport, travel, accommodation, courier charges, equipment hire, downtime, loss of income, loss of profits, business interruption, consequential or incidental damages, and all other costs not expressly accepted by Game On Racing.
4. Damage and Misuse
Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect assembly, modification, overloading, impact, accidents, misuse, water ingress, environmental conditions, or any other non-manufacturing cause. Components, including frames, seats, rails and mounting hardware, will only be covered where Game On Racing confirms, following inspection and testing, that the failure resulted solely from a manufacturing defect.
5. Assembly
Products must be assembled by a competent person in accordance with Game On Racing's assembly instructions. Game On Racing may request photographs of the assembled product when assessing a warranty claim. Failure to provide them may affect warranty eligibility where assembly contributed to the reported fault.
6. Technical Support
Where the Purchaser is unable to diagnose or rectify a reported fault, Game On Racing may, at its sole discretion, provide technical assistance or testing. The provision of technical assistance does not constitute acceptance of liability or approval of a warranty claim.
7. Assessment and Courier Charges
Where Game On Racing is requested to collect, inspect or test a product, courier and assessment charges and any reasonable associated costs may apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. If Game On Racing determines that the reported fault is not a manufacturing defect, all applicable charges shall be payable by the Purchaser. An assessment does not constitute acceptance of liability or approval of a warranty claim.
8. Warranty Assessment
Game On Racing reserves the sole discretion to inspect, test and assess any product, determine the cause of failure, approve or reject warranty claims, and repair or replace approved components in accordance with this Agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Game On Racing's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of approved defective parts and shall not exceed the original purchase price of the affected product. Game On Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from the use of its products.

You confirm that:
- Game On Racing provides a Parts-Only Warranty.
- Warranty applies only to verified manufacturing defects.
- All warranty exclusions apply.
- Assessment, courier and associated costs may apply.
- Game On Racing has the sole discretion to determine warranty eligibility and the appropriate remedy.
